Moby’s Trip (LD47)

During lockdown, me and a few work colleagues decided to take part in the Ludum Dare game jam. The theme of the jam was “Stuck in a loop”. After some discussion we decided we liked the idea of basing a game around a mobius loop, and eventually settled upon a 3D racing game taking place upon the infinite surfaces of 3d Mobius loops.

The game was made in Unity, with my work primarily focusing on implementing the car physics and a spline system which was used to control the cars position and orientation when moving along the track.
